Shipping Area

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday). Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Transit Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total Delivery Time

From the moment of purchase to final delivery, you can expect your order to arrive within 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).

We offer free shipping on every order within the United States.

All prices and transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar).

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our shipping partners in the United States include USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and FedEx.

Delivery Delays

If the estimated processing and delivery time has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, there's no need to worry. Please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If your order still hasn't reached you after that period, contact us and include your order number so we can look into it.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, email us at Info@kim-nova.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Received an incorrect or damaged order? Please take photos and email them to Info@kim-nova.com, quoting your order number. We'll resolve the matter as quickly as possible, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
