1. Where do you ship? We currently ship orders within the United States only.
2. How long does it take to process my order? All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday) after payment is confirmed.
3. What is your order cut-off time? Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that time are processed on the next business day.
4. How long does shipping take? Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
5. What is the total delivery time? From the moment you place your order to the time it arrives, delivery usually takes 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).
6. Do you charge for shipping? No. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
7. Which shipping carriers do you use? We ship through trusted partners including USPS, UPS, and FedEx for deliveries within the United States.
8. Can I return or exchange an item? Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we also allow exchanges.
9. How long do I have to return an item? You may return or exchange an item within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including the original packaging.
10. How do I get a refund, and how long does it take? Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect your returned item. We do not charge restocking fees. Return labels are not provided automatically, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise approved by our support team.
